I purchased single items from them back in Jan and shortly after subscribed to the monthly elves box. A discount coupon was given to me from which I couldn't use on the subscriptions boxes and it took them forever to get back to me. I received my single items quite quickly, but it's late May now and I have yet to receive a box (4 boxes) and they had promised me a Feb box. They had put in the order and then cancelled it without letting me know. Its been a back and forth for a couple of weeks now and they still won't acknowledge their Feb box offer and can't tell me when my packages will arrive. Customer service is abhorrent and rude.
The craft supplies are always my absolute favorite. Everything is extremely useful and super cute, and whenever I order just lose items they arrive within the month.
But whenever I order a box, it takes between 3 months to half a year to eventually arrive.
I ordered a box in September, knowing there would be delays, and it eventually did ship, saying it should arrive early November.
But now it’s almost December and I can’t get a response from the shipping company on what’s going on.
So,
The craft supplies and the company itself isn’t the problem, I love Sophie and toffee. But whoever is in charge of shipping is not reliable, and over the past 3 years has never been reliable.

First of all , the customer service is BOMB. You always get fast answers , they try to help as good as they can. Every time they are so patient, my first language is not english and sometimes i have problems with translating everything in their subscription portal , but i always get the help i need if i have to switch something around /cancel something/ skip something.
If you have a valid problem with the items you recieved, mail them pictures and your problem. you will get a substitut product ( not sure if they refund money because thats never an option i would chose).
no problems there at all. you can argue that there shouldnt be problems at all , yeah i get that , but they are a small team and they do what they can.
As for the shop itself.
wonderful selection, the subscription boxes are always worth their money.
i love the 50% off section, the molds are one of the best molds i bought till now.
the glitter section lacks a bit in my opinion, but thats personal preference , i dont like small pots of glitter. if i buy glitter i want a substantial amount of it. they sell for small crafts.
also can totally recommend the UV resin and the silicone to make molds. tested both and was more than satisfied.
Not someone who leaves reviews, but I must say that I been a subscriber and a customer to S&T for years and have been impressed with their products and customer service! If I have a problem, they always resolved them. I had a problem with a silicone mold and it was re-shipped and replaced with no hassle!
I have been buying products from Sophie & Toffee for the past three years and have always been happily receiving them. Their customer service has been wonderfully taking care of every issue which I had. Be it, items which had been damaged from transit or even helping me to move a box to the next month's theme because I have forgotten to skip my subscription! When Covid strikes and the postal service encountered delays due to limited flights, the customer service was kind and patient to reassure me that my package will arrive and if the post lost my package, they would resend my package or refund me immediately. On top of this, they have recently upgraded all shipping to express shipping! I can now look forward to receiving my packages within 3 business days! What more can a customer ask for?
Superb customer service and a company who cares for their customers and is willing to help as much as it is reasonably able to do so! Definitely one of the best resin crafting company out there! Highly recommended!
Save your money and order from any other site for molds. I've received literal garbage ( empty wrapper and used tool)on top of having to wait over 2 months for an order only to be told keep waiting. I was a subscriber of ALL of their subscription boxes and spend hundreds of dollars in few months, and that's how much they cared. Needless to say I cancelled everything and will be taking my business elsewhere on top of making sure nobody I know goes to them for the same experience.
I have been subscribed to Sophie & Toffee for well over a year and have been so very impressed by their customer service. They have been very transparent when shipping issues arrived due to covid restrictions. And the one and only time I had an issue with one of my monthly subscription boxes they were fantastic about replacing the damaged items and included a few small freebies with the replacement. Highly recommend their company if you want to test out different types of resin items.
Best 5 Star Craft Subscription
I've been on my subscription box with Sophie and Toffee for seven months and have nothing to complain about. They solve any problems quickly and are always ready to help. Very patient, they answer literally every question! I have not dealt with such a friendly and patient customer service yet.
I've been on my subscription box with Sophie and toffee for over 2 years and have nothing to fault them with. They handle any issues promptly and are always willing to help you out. I've been so impressed by the boxes too. They provide so much plus tutorials etc. Boxes are so worth it.
I have been a customer for over 3 years, ive never had an issue that was not resolved quickly. Their customer service is amazing!
Their quality products and customer service has been top notch since I started with them from last year. Their molds are amazing, resins are fantastic and their subscription boxes are such great value for money.
I just started using Resin in December of 2020 as a birthday gift to myself. Since then I have signed up for every box that Sophie & Toffee have. Not only is their customer service great (they have helped me both on Instagram & through email), but they have superior quality materials.
I work with logistics for my job daily & I know how much shipping can be a nightmare. When my shipment had not moved for a week I contacted them and they reshipped the missing materials within a few days. I cannot say how much that was appreciated. 10 stars!
I want to compliment Sophie and Toffee’s customer service. They’ve been great with my questions and requests. I’m really surprised, great company!
They were nice enough to let me switch an already paid box to the next month and have answered all my questions and helped upgrade and downgrade my shipping.

I have been on and off with Sophie & Toffee. Of course most of that is due to life issues. You can easily get a hold of support via the website or social media platforms. (Delay due to covid on response time) While Covid has caused a massive delay in mail (IN was back logged at the Hub for almost a month behind on mail, others where behind 3 months) this isn't something to give S&T bad review on. Updates are always done via Facebook and other social media platforms. The times that I had to contact them, their support was always friendly and informative on what the solution would be. Most of the time I would get store credit to use on my next purchase or subscription box. Note that I only had to contact them 2-3 times in the span of 3 years. They listen to feedback and if you are a subscriber you get to see/help decide on the next subscription box project.
I do highly recommend them, while things are a bit rough right now for them due to Covid (like most business) they are still doing their best to answer and ship out orders as fast as they are able.
